At Alpaca Collections, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury knitwear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all alpaca wool care tags and labels are intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
